Zero Front Desk is a service of Local BrandIQ LLC ("we", "us"). By using zerofrontdesk.com you agree to these terms.

1. What this site is

This site describes Zero Front Desk, a service that replies to a business's website leads and missed calls by text message and website chat, and books appointments. You can ask us questions, try a demonstration and book a call here. Buying the service is covered by a separate written agreement between you and us.

2. The demo

The chat on this site is an automated assistant, not a person. It demonstrates the service using a made-up company, Fernhollow Pest Control. Nothing it says is pest control advice, a quote or a real appointment with a pest control company. Please do not rely on it for any real pest, health or safety matter.

3. Text messaging terms

Program name: Zero Front Desk Inquiries and Updates.

What we send: if you agree to receive text messages from Zero Front Desk, we will text you replies to your inquiry, scheduling and reminder messages for calls you book with us, and, if you become a customer, messages about your account. If you ask to try the demonstration by text, you will also receive demonstration messages, which are labeled as a Zero Front Desk demo. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and news about our services.

How you opt in: by ticking a consent box on a form or chat on this site. The boxes are optional and are never ticked for you. Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency: message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Marketing messages, if you agreed to them, are occasional.

Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and then no more. To start again, reply START.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. We do not share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging consent.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site or the demo: no attempts to break or overload it, no unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, and no entering other people's personal information without their permission.

5. Our content

The text, design and software on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share the site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy it for resale.

6. No guarantee of results

We describe what the service does. We do not promise a particular number of leads, bookings or sales. This site and the demo are provided as they are, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the demo.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
